Terms and conditions for the regular classes

When you register for the weekly classes, the following conditions apply :

If you get a spot for a lesson we expect you to transfer the required amount within 7 days.
If the lessons start less than 7 days before you receive a spot, please transfer the required amount as soon as possible, and at least before the start of the block
If you are unable to take the lesson we expect you to let us know as soon as possible.
If you cancel more than 7 days before the classes begin, you’ll only pay 7 euro’s administration costs
If you cancel less than 7 days before the classes begin, you’ll receive 50% refund (minus 7 euro’s administration costs) if you have already paid.
If you cancel when the block has already started (usually on monday), you will receive no refund.
If you don’t cancel your registration, and ignore our payment reminders, we will cancel your registration and you might receive a penalty for the next lesson block or event you register for (for example, your registration will only be processed after others that registered).

It is allowed to find someone in your place if you organize payment yourself and let the organization know.
After registration you will be automatically put on a waitlist. As soon as we have a spot for you, you will receive an email with payment details and a term within which you need to pay (within a week). If we did not receive your payment within that term, your spot will go to the next person on the waitlist.
If you forget to tick the discount box while you are entitled to it, we can refund you the difference on request minus administration costs.
The organizers are allowed to restitute your payment and cancel your subscription if the level you’re subscribed to is not appropriate. If in doubt, ask your teachers before you subscribe.
You should only pay when you receive a spot in the class you registered for. Payment without registration or confirmation is NO registration.
After signing up as a single leader we will match you to a single follower from the waiting list, and vice versa. After that you cannot register as a couple with someone else anymore, because we already paired you up.
Swing in Utrecht is not responsible for any personal damage or loss during lessons
Swing in Utrecht cannot be held liable for any physical injuries incurred during any of the lessons, including aerials.

Early bird prices count for the day the payment is received if applicable.
There is a fee of €7 for administration.
We give full restitution of the event payments minus administration costs when you cancel more than a month before the event.
We give half price restitution minus administration costs when you cancel between a month and a week before the event.
There is no restitution if you cancel in the last week before the event or on the day itself.
Payment should be received within 7 days after your registration, or your place will be given to someone else.
