We are very excited to have the amazing Jordan and Charlotte teach at this first edition of Shagginยด Utrecht. With over 6 years of experience dancing Collegiate Shag, Jordan & Charlotte bring the heat to the dance floor and in classes with their passion for the dance. Based now in Berlin, they have taught across Europe and competed at multiple festivals.

They’ve both been dancing various styles of swing for over 10 years (you might remember them as the winners of the competition at the last Swingdom) which shows in their musical and elegant style of shag.

Pierre et les Optimistes play sweet songs, swinging tunes, sunshine vibes and summer grooves! Their personal vision of global music is inspired by namely by Classic Jazz and Jazz Manouche – as well as anything else that might catch their ear. Whether with original songs or all-time classics they aspire to share joy with the world. Based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, they have developed an international following throughout the last years.

Based in Utrecht, Netherlands, The Swing Rhythm Club brings great energy and the hottest Jazz and Swing tunes to any crowd and any party. Strongly influenced by Gypsy Jazz and New Orleans Jazz styles, The Swing Rhythm Club specializes in Swing music from the 1920โs to the 1950โs. We love to play a range of tempos, from slow to fast, to ensure a happy dance crowd.
