Dear dancers,
Unfortunately, tonight we had to make a few really tough, sad but necessary choices.
We have decided that
– Saturday’s anniversary party will be postponed. We will move it to a different date and celebrate 13 years of Swing in Utrecht. We will keep you informed in a timely manner about further developments.
– The anniversary dinner: we are still in contact with the Colour Kitchen. An update on this will follow as soon as possible.
– All block 2 (January till March) classes from next week onward will be cancelled. Due to the nature of the ongoing pandemic and force majeure we will unfortunately be unable to reimburse you for the last two classes.
– All socials will be canceled until further notice. There will be no blues social, no balboa social, and Hopspot until the situation changes.
-The registrations for block 3 (April – July) will be postponed to a later date. Once we know more about how the situation develops, we will communicate again about block 3 and the registration date for it.
These decisions weren’t easy. We were assessing and engaged with the situation as it was developing. We hope for your understanding.
