Lindy Hop is the most famous of all swing dances. It started in New York during the 1920s and later it evolved into Charleston and hot jazz. They heydays of Lindy Hop were in the 1930s and 1940s. You probably have seen the images of World War II soldiers dancing it! This cheerful partner dance is known for musicality, connection and improvisation.
